Chris Stewart
Chris is a freelance science communicator based in York, UK. A lapsed physicist and Australian expat, he used to train computers to simulate the inner workings of the atomic nucleus. These days he helps researchers talk about what they do to the wider world, through audio and video, live events and performance, online education and outreach.
Chris has told rude jokes about quantum physics to pubs of punters, sung songs about exoplanets to small children and their grandparents, interviewed Nobel prizewinners about their work, and trained scientists young and old to tell great stories.
